摘要
借鉴国外成熟的需求响应模式,在电力需求侧管理城市综合试点工作中,灵活采用分时时段调整、尖峰电价、可中断电价、负荷控制、折让鼓励等经济手段为主的需求响应措施,解决电网系统安全和稳定的问题。
Using foreign mature demand response mode for reference, in urban DSM comprehensive pilot work, the demand re-sponse measures by means of economy such as flexible use of period time adjustment, peak electricity price, interruptible electricity price and load control, discount for encouragement, solve the problems of power system security and stability.
