摘要
需求侧管理,是20世纪90年代国际上广泛推行的一种能效管理技术和节能运作新机制,最为成熟的是应用在终端节电领域。文章论述了需求侧管理系统的特点,并针对当今电子、网络、计算机技术不断进步和供电、用电需求日新月异的发展形势,提出了需求侧管理向着人性化、科学引导、绿色节能发展的方向。
Demand side management （DSM） has been widely put into use since the 90＇s as an efficient power managing technology, an energy saving tool. It is a mature application in the area of electrical energy saving. This article tried to analyze the characteristics of DSM. With the developments of today＇s electrical technology, networks and computer science, DSM can be more humane and environmental friendly.
