摘要
目的:观察花生肽对小鼠运动能力和心肌抗氧化能力的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠随机分为6组,安静对照组、安静花生肽样品(400 mg·kg-1)组、运动对照组、运动花生肽样品高、中、低三个剂量组。运动各组进行连续4周的游泳训练,连续给药至第28天进行一次负重耐力实验。测定心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性。结果:花生肽处理组心肌MDA含量明显降低,心肌SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活性均高于相应的对照组。花生肽处理组小鼠运动能力显著增强。运动花生肽中剂量、运动花生肽高剂量组和运动对照组相比,血清中GPT、GOT和CK活性显著降低。结论:花生肽通过增强心肌抗氧化能力,减轻了剧烈运动对心脏造成的损伤,来发挥它的心脏保护作用。
Objective : To study the effects of peanut peptide on the sport activity and antioxidant capacity of mouse. Method: Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into six group, which were named normal group, peanut peptide group, exercised control group, exercised + peanut peptide in low content, exercised + peanut peptide in middle content, and exercised + peanut peptide in high content. The mouses of exercised groups were obtained swimming training for 4 weeks. At the last day of the experiment, the mice were experienced exhausted swimming bearing load. And then the content of MDA and the activity of SOD, CAT, GSH - Px in the heart tissue were detected with the correponding kit. The enzyme activity of GPT, GOT and CK in serum were assayed with kit, too. Results:The sports activity of mice treated with peanut pepfide increased obviously compared with the control. The level of MDA decreased and the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, GSH-Px ) in heart tissue elevated in peanut peptide groups, In the same time, the activity of cardiac marker enzyme in serum decreased obviously in exercised + peanut peptide groups of middle and high content. Conclusion : Peanut peptide might alleviate the cardiac damage induced by strenuous exercise and protect heart through enhancing myocardial antioxidant capacity.
