摘要
目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测早期诊断2型糖尿病患者颅神经亚临床损害的临床价值。方法选择30例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和30例健康查体者(对照组),均应用MEB0200K型肌电图诱发电位仪在室温20~25℃的隔音屏蔽室中进行BAEP检测,记录其Ⅰ~Ⅲ及Ⅲ~Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期。结果糖尿病组BAEP的Ⅰ-Ⅲ波峰间潜伏期为(2.44±0.31)ms、Ⅲ~Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期为(1.99±0.37)ms,对照组分别为(2.22±0.19)、(1.80±0.21)ms,糖尿病组的Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期较对照组延长(P均〈0.01)。结论BAEP检测有助于早期诊断2型糖尿病患者的颅神经、脑干受损及亚临床损害。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) detection in the early diagnosis of subclinical neuropathy of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods BAEP detection was conducted in 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM group) and 30 eases of healthy people (control group) by using MEB-9200K type electromyography evoked potential instrument at the temperature of 20-25 ℃ in the insulation shielding room. In addition, Ⅰ- Ⅲ and Ⅲ- Ⅴ inter peak latency (IPL) of BAEP was recorded. Results In the DM group, Ⅰ- Ⅲ IPL was (2.44±0.31) ms, Ⅲ-Ⅴ IPL was (1.99±0.37) ms, and those in the control group were (2.22 ±0. 19) and ( 1.80 ± 0.21 ) ms, respectively. Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅴ IPL of BAEP in the BM group was significantly prolonged compared with that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The BAEP detection is helpful to the early diagnosis of cranial nerves, brainstem and subclinical lesions of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
