摘要
针对高校学生党员量化管理存在的问题,阐述了提高开展高校学生党员量化管理的必要性。通过前期调研,制定了科学合理的量化考核体系,对高校学生党员量化管理进行了可行性研究。在提高学生党员综合素质,增强党组织凝聚力,规范基层党支部日常管理工作,促进良好学风建设方面取得了阶段性成效。
In view of problems in quantitative management of student Party members,the necessity of its improvement was expounded.Through the pre-survey,a scientific and reasonable quantitative evaluation system was formulated and a feasible study was made.Results has been achieved at this stage in the aspects of improving students’comprehensive quality,enhancing the cohesive force of Party organization,regulating the daily management work of Party branch on community level and promoting construction of study style.
