摘要
研究了 0 Cr1 8Ni9钢经不同温度盐浴歧化反应渗铬后的渗层硬度和耐磨性与组织之间的关系。渗铬层中形成的铬碳化物明显提高了表面硬度和耐磨性 ,同时σ相的存在也是渗层具有高硬度的重要原因。渗铬时形成的σ相 ,经 1 0 5 0℃× 40 min固溶处理后分解消失 ,表面硬度由 HV1 980降至HV1 76
The hardness and wear resistance of 0Cr18Ni9 steel chromized at several temperatures in molten salts have been investigated. The test results indicate that the hardness and wear resistance depend on the chromium carbide and σ phase which are distributed in the chromizing layer. After solution heat treatment at 1050℃ for 40 min and cold treat ment in the water, the σ phase was decomposed and the hardness of chromizing layer decreased from HV1990 to HV1760.
