摘要
研究了0Cr18Ni9钢盐浴渗铬后,以炉冷、空冷和水冷等方式冷却时,基体中碳化物分布及渗层中显微裂纹对耐蚀性能的影响.渗铬后空冷,渗层无显微裂纹,基体晶界处碳化物析出及渗层中粒状σ相明显少于炉冷;渗层中细小粒状σ相分布在高铬α相中,对耐蚀性无影响,因此空冷后的耐蚀性能优于其他冷却方式.
The effects of cooling methods on carbide distribution in the base metal of chromized 0Cr8Ni9 steel, microcrack appearance in the chromizing layer, and corrosion resistance were investigated. When cooled in air after chromizing in the molten salts at 900℃, the specimen would have better corrosion resistance than that cooled in water, oil or furnace because in the former case the chromizing layer was crackfree and there was a few chromium carbide at grain boundaries of the matrix. Being dispersed over a rich-chromium α phase in the layer, phase has no effect on the corrosion resistance of the steel.
