摘要
目的了解双流县2008-2011年手足口病流行特征,为今后防治工作提供依据。方法根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统中手足口病发病统计数据,对双流县2008-2011年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果2008-2011年共报告手足口病4517例,年平均发病率为123.21/10万。2008-2011年发病率分别为26.77/10万、102.52/10万、172.51/10万和188.70/10万。死亡1例,病死率为0.22%。发病时间主要集中在4-7月份,共发病2 384例,占发病总数的52.78%。全县24个镇(街道)均有发病,其中西航港街道发病率最高,为242.32/10万,大林镇发病率最低,为41.17/10万。发病年龄主要集中在5岁及以下儿童,共发病4 387例,占发病总数的97.12%;职业构成以散居儿童为主,共发病2306例,占发病总数的51.05%。结论 2008-2011年双流县手足口病发病呈上升趋势,存在明显的季节性和人群差异,应采取针对性措施,加强预防控制工作。
Objective To investigate the epidemic features of hand -foot -mouth disease （HFMD）, thus to provide evidence for future prevention and control measures. Methods Epidemic data of HFMD in Shuangliu county from 2008 to 2011 was conducted according to the China Information System for Disease Control and prevention of HFMD morbidity statistics. Results A total of 4517 cases of HFMD were reported from 2008 to 2011, with an average annual incidence of 123.21/105. The annual incidence was 26.77/105 in 2008, 102. 52/105 in 2009, 172. 51/105 in 2010 and 188.70/105 in 2011. Among all the patients, 1 case died, resuhed in a fatality rate of 0. 22 per thousand. April to July was the peak period for HFMD onset, with a total of 2384 cases and accounting for 52. 78% of all. Over the county, 24 villages and towns （street） reported cases of the disease, among which the highest incidence was 242. 32/105 in Xihanggang streets, and the lowest incidence was 41.17/105 in Dalin town. Patients were mainly children no more than 5 years old, with a total of 4387 cases of disease, which was 97. 12% of the total. In occupational distribution scattered children took a large proportion, with a total of 2306 cases of disease, accounted for 51.05%. Conclusion In Shuangliu county, HFMD is on the rise with obvious difference among different seasons and populations. Pertinent and specific measures should be adopted timely to strengthenprevention and control work.
