广东省手足口病流行特征和危险因素研究 被引量：251

Study on the characteristics and risk factors for hand-foot- mouth disease in Guangdong province

摘要 手足口病（HFMD）是由多种肠道病毒引起的常见传染病，最常见为柯萨奇病毒A组16型（CA16）及肠道病毒71型（EV71）。作为一种致病性较强的肠道病毒血清型，EV71在近30年引起全球各地HFMD爆发性流行，近来频繁的发生在东南亚及周边地区。2008年3月安徽省阜阳市发生多名儿童EV71感染致死事件，相继全国多个城市出现HMFD暴发。研究表明我国南方地区一直存在EV71病毒的活动，
