摘要
教师专业标准应是一个多元、全面、系统、完整的体系。从系统论、职业生涯论、学科教学论及地区差异的视角进行反思,进一步完善教师专业标准体系,应在通用标准的基础上细化为具体标准,不同层次、不同学科、不同发展阶段及不同地域的教师还应拥有相应的专业标准。
Teacher's professional standards should be a pluralistic, comprehensive, systematic, and integrated system. To reflect from the perspectives of system theory, occupation career theory, teaching methodology of subject and regional differences, it should be on the basis of general criteria of refinement for the specific standards, different levels, different disciplines, different development stage and different regions of the teachers having the corresponding professional standards in order to further improve the system of teachers professional standards.
