摘要
目的:分析千金子石油醚萃取物中油脂的组成成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对千金子石油醚萃取物中油脂的化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果:从千金子石油醚萃取物中分离鉴定出了55种化合物,其中有43种成分首次得到。结论:该法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确可靠,可用于千金子脂肪油的组成成分及含量测定。
Objective:To analyse the olein compositions in the petroleum ether extractant of Semen Euphorbiae. Methods:The chemical compositions were detected by gas chromatography-mass(GC-MS). Results:Total 55 kinds of chemical compounds had been identified from the petroleum ether extractant of Semen Euphorbiae. There were 43 kinds of the compounds obtained for the first time. Conclusions:This method was simple in operation,sensitive and reliable in determination results. It could be ap- plied in determination of compound composition and content of the fatty oil in Semen Euphorbiae.
