医院人力资源是医院发展最重要的战略性资源。介绍了兰州军区兰州总医院自行研制的基于B/S结构的J2EE框架的人力资源系统,详细描述了从系统的需求、设计一直到实现和应用的过程,重点描述了所应用的技术和应用效果,系统在运行一年的情况下,收到了良好效果,具有广泛推广应用价值。
