摘要
目的:探讨信息化的手术病理标本管理系统的流程设计与应用方法,以替代传统管理模式。方法:结合医院等级评审要求,围绕手术病理标本切取、送检以及病理报告结果的发送等过程进行设计开发和应用,并在各环节中设置自动管理质控点。结果:实现了手术病理标本送检流程的信息化管理,规范了工作程序。进一步提高了手术病理标本管理的安全性,自动质控点的设置提高了管理效率。结论:信息化手术病理标本管理流程的应用提供了一种非常有效的管理手段。
Objectives:To explore the surgical specimens information management process design and application methods and displace the current mode. Methods:Combined with hospital grade accreditation requirements,focused on of surgical specimen cut-off, transferring and testing and pathology report sending, new process is designed and implemented and automatic management of quality control is set around various segments. Results: The comprehensive information management of surgery specimen is realized, Meanwhile the working process is regulated. The safety of surgery specimen management is enhanced. The automatic quality control heightened the management efficiency. Conclusions:The comprehensive information management system on surgery specimen can provide us a very effective management method.
