裸鼹鼠胸腺、脾脏及淋巴结解剖学、组织学与超微结构的初步观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的 探讨裸鼹鼠脾脏、胸腺、肠系膜淋巴结的组织结构及超微结构特点.方法 分别取裸鼹鼠脾脏、胸腺、肠系膜淋巴结组织进行HE染色和透射电镜观察.结果 裸鼹鼠胸腺退化明显,脂肪化程度较高;脾脏被膜和小梁较厚,脾小体较小,数量少,边界清晰;肠系膜淋巴结与C57BL/6J小鼠肠系膜淋巴结并无太大差异.结论 明确了裸鼹鼠脾脏、胸腺、肠系膜淋巴结组织解剖学、组织学与超微结构特点,为今后裸鼹鼠开展相关研究奠定了基础. Objective To identify the anatomical and histological characteristics and study the ultrastructure of thymus, spleen and lymph node of the naked mole rat. Methods The histological characteristics and ultrastructure of thymus, spleen and lymph node of the naked mole rat were observed through hematoxylin-eosin staining and transmission electron microscopy. Results The thymus of naked mole rats degenerated significantly with a higher degree of pimelosis. A few of splenic corpuscles in spleen were found, and both capsules and trabeculaes were thick with clear boundary. There's no significant difference on mesenteric lymph nodes between naked mole rats and C57BL/6J mice. Conclusion The anatomical and histological characteristics and ultrastructure of thymus, spleen and lymph node of the naked mole rat were identified, which will lay a foundation for further related studies in naked mole rat.
