摘要
采用 HPLC 法测定了参白口服液中芍药甙的含量。利用 CLC-ODS(6mm×150mm)柱,以水—甲醇—异丙醇(75:24:1)为流动相,在230nm 检测,测定结果:本品每 ml 含芍药甙不得少于1.66mg。本品的加样平均回收率为97.89%。
The contents of peonin in the ShenBai oral solution were determined by HPLC.CLS-ODS (6mm×150mm) column was used,with H_2O:MeOH:G_3H_7OH(75:24:1) as mobile phase,the 230nm UV detector was slected,The result showed that the contents of the peonin was no less than 1.66mg/mml.The average recovery for added pattern was found to be 97.89%.
