摘要
目的:建立比色法测定痤疮搽剂中的甲硝唑和氯霉素的含量方法。方法:用显色剂 N-(1-荼基)乙二胺盐酸盐,经不同处理,分别比色测定痤疮搽剂中的甲硝唑和氯霉毒的含量。结果:甲硝唑在1-6μg·ml^(-1)的浓度范围内呈良好的线性(γ=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.5%,RSD 为0.43%;氯霉素在1-5μg·ml^(-1)的范围内呈良好的线性(γ=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.6%,RSD 为0.54%。结论:本法可用于该制剂的测定,操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高。
Objective:To establish a colorimetric method of measuring the concentrations of metronidzole and chloramphenicol in ance liniment.Method:We used a colour-developing agent—dibydrochloride to determining the concentrations of metronidzole and chloramphenicol in ache liniment treated by different agents by colorimetry.Result:The absorbance and concentration showed a linear relationship when the concentration of metronidzole was in 1-6μg.ml^(-1)(r=0.9999).Average rate of recovery was 99.5%.RSD was 0.43%;The absorbance and concentration showed a linear relationship in chloramphenicol being in the concentration of 1- 5μg.ml^(-1)(r=0.9999).Average rate of recovery was 99.6%.RSD was 0.54%.Conclusion:The method could be used to measure the pharmaceutics and easely operated.The result would accurate and sensitivity was high.
