摘要 建立了测定尿液中呋喃妥因的 HPL C法。采用 Alltim a C1 8色谱柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -甲酸 (2 6∶ 73∶ 1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 6 5 nm。尿样经加入等体积乙腈混合后 ,高速离心 ,取上清液 2 0μl直接进样。线性范围为 0 .0 5~ 12 8μg/ ml(r≥ 0 .9997) ,方法回收率为 91.80 %~ 10 4.3% ,最低检测限为 0 .2 ng(S/ N≥ 3) ,日内、日间精密度 RSD均小于6 %。 A simple HPLC method for determination of nitrofurantoin in urine was performed on an Alltima C 18 column, with a mobile phase of methanol-water-formic acid(26∶73∶1) at the detection wavelength of 265 nm. The urine sample was mixed with an equal volume of acetonitrile and centrifuged at high speed, and 20 μl of the supernatant liquid was injected directly. The linear range was 0.05~128 μg/ml( r ≥0.9997). The recoveries for determination were between 91.80% and 104.3%. The detection limit was 0.2 ng ( S/N ≥3) and the intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 6%.
