摘要 目的 利用豚鼠工作心脏研究激活补体能否直接引起心肌缺血损伤及CD59的心肌保护作用。方法  16只豚鼠工作心脏随机分为补体组和CD59组 ,分别给予 3%人血浆 +酵母多糖和CD59+ 3 %人血浆 +酵母多糖二种处理 ,记录处理前后心外膜心电图ST段变化以及左心室内压上升速率 (dp/dtmax)、左心室最大内压 (LVPmax)、冠脉流量 (CF)、心输出量 (CO)和心率 (HR)的变化 ,并在实验结束时取左心室心肌组织进行免疫组化检查。结果 补体组在处理后dp/dtmax、LVPmax、CF、CO均下降 ,HR增快 ,心外膜心电图ST段明显抬高 ,而CD59组在处理前后上述指标无明显变化。结论 激活补体可直接引起心肌缺血损伤 。 Objective To determine if activated human complement could directly damaged cavy isolated heart and CD 59 could prevent Myocardial damage associated with the activation of human complement.Methods Myocardial injury was induced in the cavy isolated heart perfused with improved krbs bufter containing 3% human plasma and enyson.There were two study groups:①group complement:3% normal human plasma+enyson;②group CD 59 :3% normal human plasma+CD 59 +enyson.Of these two groups,maximum left ventricular press incrasing rate(dp/dt max )、maximum left ventricular developed press (LVP max )、coronary flow(CF)、Cardiac output (CO)、heart rate (HR) and electrocardiogram (ECG) were recorded before and after treatment.Results Complement activation decreased dp/dt max 、LVP max 、CF、CO,improved HR and caused elevated ST segment in ECG,while recorded ECG and functional parameters of group CD 59 remained stable throughout the duration of 60 minutes.Conclusions Activated human complement could directly damage cavy isolated hearts and CD 59 could prevent myocardial damage associated with the activation of human complement. [
