摘要
虎杖4号结晶(简称PD)对正常大鼠离体工作心脏有明显的正性肌力作用,但不加快心率,PD能对抗普萘洛尔的负性肌力作用。PD还能拮抗苯巴比妥钠所致心力衰竭。
Polydatin ( PD ) exerted a positive inotropic effect on the isolated working rat heart, but didn't affect the heart rate in the present study. PD could counteract the negative inotropic action produced by propranolol on the heart and, also protect the heart from sodium phenobarbital-induced myocardial dysfunctions.
