摘要
绩效技术作为一个实践与研究的领域,越来越引起教育技术学领域学者的关注。对这个历史不算长的研究领域作较全面的把握,需要对其发展演化过程进行深入的研究,然而,目前国内对于这一领域的演化过程的追踪视角相对单一。因此,从对绩效技术领域有重要影响的专业协会及其权威出版物、标准与道德规范及资格认证与专业人才的培养等视角,勾勒出绩效技术领域演化过程中专业协会的重要影响,有助于较全面地把握该领域的演化。
Performance technology has drawn an increasing attention from scholars in the field of educational technology.In order to have a comprehensive grasp of the research which has a short history,it is necessary to do an in-depth research on its development and evolution process.However,the existing study on the evolution process in this field in China focuses on a single perspective.In this paper,from the perspectives of professional associations and its authoritative publications,standards and ethics,as well as the certification and professional talents cultivation,it is proved that professional associations have an important effect on development and evolution process in the field of performance technology,so that the evolution process in this field is comprehensively grasped.
