摘要
结合工作实践，提出利用高校内部专业协会参与实验室管理工作的思路并进行了探索。实践证明，专业协会对提高实验室整体效益和学生实践能力及科技创新等都起到了促进和保障作用。同时提出诸如对参与实验室管理工作的学生补助和奖励的依据和幅度、实验室和协会之间的管理体制等有待解决的问题。
From the work practice, the article proposes the thinking, which makes use of the major association incompus participating in the labolatory management, and performs the exploration. The practice confirmed that the major association plays the function of ensurancing the total effect of laboratory, and enhaneing the practice ability and innovative ability of students. At the same time, the article also proposes the principle and scope of allowance and awards for the students who joined the actiivities. And some problems to be solved, such as the management system between the laboratories and the major association, etc. are also proposed.
