摘要
本研究共观察[卡其]·肯拜尔鸭(Khaki Campbell)45只,北京鸭[Pekin duck(Anas domestica L.)]41只,比较了两种鸭胰叶和胰管的形态结构。结果如下:[卡其]·肯拜尔鸭和北京鸭的胰脏都分为背侧胰叶,腹侧胰叶和脾胰叶。除有背侧胰管和腹侧胰管外,还观察到自背侧胰叶尾端发出另一胰管入十二指肠,并命名为第一胰管。[卡其]·肯拜尔鸭和北京鸭的背侧和腹侧胰管入肠类型均可分为三种:背、腹侧胰管以左、右向排列;背侧胰管在前,腹侧胰管在后;腹侧胰管在前,背侧胰管在后。此外,[卡其]·肯拜尔鸭出现多条胰管入肠的例数多于北京鸭。
The pancreas lobes and ducts were studied in 45 Khaki Campbell ducks and 41 Pekin ducks. The results are as follows:The pancreas of either Khaki Campbell ducks or Pekin ducks can be divided into two main lobes, lobus pancreatis dorsalis and lobas pancreatis ventralis, and one small lobe, lobus pancreatis splenalis.The ductus pancreaticus dorsalis and ventralis come from the head extremities of the lobus pancreatis dorsalis and ventralis, respectively, and the first ductus pancreaticus comes out from the caudal extremity of the lobus pancreatis dorsalis.The duct of intralobar which is situated on the major axis of the lobus pancreatis dorsalis connects with the ductus pancreaticus dorsalis from the head extremity and also connects with the first ductus pancreaticus from the caudal extremity of the lobus pancreatis dorsalis. Their secreting products flow into the duodenum from two directions. The ducts of the Khaki Campbell and Pekin ducks enter into the duodenum and are divided into three types: 1. Ductus of pancreatis dorsalis and ventralis enter into the end of the duodenum from the left and right directions. 2. The ductus pancreaticus dorsalis enters into the end of the duodenum in front of the ductus pancreaticus ventralis. 3. The ductus pancreaticus ventralis enters into the end of the duodenum in front of the ductus pancreaticus dorsalis. The Khaki Campbell ducks apear to have more pancreatic ducts that enter the duodenum than the Pekin ducks.
