摘要
目的分析柴胡注射液不良反应发生特点,促进临床安全用药。方法收集我院不良反应报告表中柴胡注射液所引起的不良反应报告进行整理归纳和分析。结果共收集到42例使用柴胡注射液后发生不良反应病例。柴胡注射液所致不良反应临床表现包括过敏反应、休克、皮疹、头晕恶心、肾功能损害、肺水肿等,其中头晕恶心和过敏反应占较大比例。结论临床医师、药师应重视柴胡注射液的不良反应,坚持合理用药。
Objective To analyze the charac, teristies of the adverse reaction of Bupleurum injection in order to promote the clinical medication sal^ty. Methods The reports of adverse reaction caused by Bnpleurum injection from our hospital adverse reaction reports were collected and analyzed. Results Cases of adverse reactions occurred in 42 cases using Bupleurum injection were collected after. Clinical manifestations of Bupleurum injection adverse reactions included allergic reactions, shock, rash, dizziness and nausea, impaired renal function, pulmonary edema, dizziness and nausea and allergic reaction, which accounted for a large proportion. Conclusion Clinicians and pharmacists should pay attention to the adverse reaction of Bupleurum injection and adhere to the rational use of drugs.
