摘要
通过塞隆骨和虎骨抗炎作用对比研究 ,比较二者抗炎效果的异同 ,探讨在抗炎方面塞隆骨代虎骨使用的可能性。采用大鼠佐剂性关节炎原发和继发病变实验 ,皮肤毛细血管渗透性实验和胸膜炎白细胞游走实验。结果 ,塞隆骨和虎骨对大鼠佐剂性关节炎原发病变和继发性病变 (尾结节 ) 均有明显的预防和治疗作用 ,对大鼠皮肤毛细血管渗透性也有明显的抑制作用 ,而且塞隆骨与虎骨还可明显减少胸膜炎大鼠胸腔内渗出液和白细胞数 ,即具有抑制大鼠胸膜炎白细胞游走的作用 ,实验结果中 ,同剂量的塞隆骨相当于虎骨作用强度 ,无显著性差异。塞隆骨和虎骨对多种抗炎实验模型均有明显作用 ,在抗炎作用方面塞隆骨代替虎骨使用是可行的。
To evalute the possibility of substitute Sailong bone for tigerbone,the anti-inflammatory effect of Sailong bone were compared with tigerbone.The present study has been carried out using primary and secondary rat's adjuvant arthritis model,capillary permeability test of skin and leukocyte migration test of pleurisy.The results show that sailong bone and tigerbone have obvious effect on primary and secondary rat's adjuvant arthritis.Two groups have similar effect in prevention and treatment that inhibit capillary permeability of skins and leukocyte migration of pleurisy.Sailong bone and tigerbone have obvious effects on anti-inflammatory animal model so it is feasible that tigerbone is replaced by Sailong bone.
