摘要
目的 探索白血病抑制因子(LIF)基因在小鼠胚泡着床后有无表达。方法 采用RT-PCR技术对孕龄5d、 7d、10d、12d、和15d的小鼠胚胎(共50个,每组 10个)LIF基因表达进行检测。结果 在孕龄 5d的二个胚胎和孕龄 7d的一个胚胎中检测到LIF基因弱表达,而在孕龄10d以上的胚胎中均未发现有LIF基因表达。结论 推测LIF基因的表达在小鼠胚胎组织中受到限制。
:Objective Leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF) is a pleiotropic cytokine which expresses in the mouse endometrium and plays an important role in implantation. In the present study we examined whether LIF of mouse embryos would express or not after implantation (5 th-,7 th-,10 th-12 th- and 15 th-day post coitus). Methods LIF transcripts for 50 embryos were dectected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results LIF weak expressions in only 3 embryos (2 for 5th-day and 1 for 7th-day post coitus) were observed, but LIF expressions in the others from 10th-day to 15th-day post coitum were absent. Conclusion Our results suggested that LIF expression in the mouse embryo might be limited.
