基于神经网络Nb对奥氏体热变形回复影响研究

摘要 Nb是工业生产中进行轧制控制必不可少的合金元素。设计了三层神经网络,用于分析Nb对奥氏体热变形回复的定量影响,并对预测性能进行了验证。结果表明,Nb会延缓奥氏体热变形回复,其影响是非线性的。神经网络模型的计算结果与材料科学理论相符,可应用于指导工业生产。 Nb is essential alloying clement to rolling control in industrial production. The neural network with three layers, which was used to analyze quantitative effect of Nb on recovering of thermal deformed austenite, was designed. And the forecasted property was verified. The results show that Nb can retard the recovering of thermal deformed austenite, and its effect is nonlinear. The results based on neural network conform to the material science theories and it can be applied to guide the industry production.
