摘要
根据磁测井法的探测原理,数值模拟了灌注桩钢筋笼磁场垂直分量Z理论曲线,研究了钢筋笼磁场垂直空间分布特征,总结利用磁场垂直分量Z曲线零点及其垂向梯度极值点确定灌注桩钢筋笼端点位置和长度的方法。通过对于模型桩和工程桩进行试验,验证了该方法的可靠性和准确性,能够被用于实际的灌注桩钢筋笼长度的工程检测中。
According to the principle of magnetic logging detection method, the magnetic field vertical component theoretical curve of bored pile steel reinforcement cage has been numerical modeled, and the characteristics of magnetic field vertical spatial distribution have been studied, the methods of confirming the endpoint location and the length of bored pile steel reinforcement cage by magnetic vertical component Z curve zero point and its ver- tical gradient extreme point are concluded. Through the test of model piles and engineering piles, the reliability and accuracy of this method have been checked, which can be applied to the actual engineering length detection of bored pile steel reinforcement cage.
