摘要
桩基工程中,成桩后钢筋笼长度是否短缺的争议难以验证。理论上,钢筋笼长度的变化反映了竖向磁性物质量的变化,因此沿钢筋笼轴向的磁梯度将产生明显变化。本文根据这一特点,探讨了利用磁梯度法检测成桩后钢筋笼长度的原理及其数据分析方法,给出了在某滨海大型电厂桩基工程中的应用实例。理论分析及应用实例均表明,钢筋笼磁梯度测试曲线和基桩低应变反射波法测试曲线有极其相似的特点。
In pile foundation project, the length shortage of a steel reinforced cage is difficult to certify. Theoretically, the changes of cage length lead to the variation of the ferromagnetic quantity, and hence, the magnetic gradient along the cage axis will change obviously. This paper discusses the principle and data analysis of magnetic gradient test to determine the length of a steel reinforced cage, and a case is presented. The theory and practice all show that the magnetic gradient curve is similar to the pulse-echo curve of pile low strain test.
