摘要
目的观察硒对钴引起心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。方法分别于体外培养新生Wistar大鼠心肌细胞培养液中加入钴(40μg/ml)、硒(0.1μg/ml)、同时加入钴(40μg/ml)和硒(0.1μg/ml),在培养的不同时期观察心肌细胞形态结构,并测定心肌酶活性。结果硒能明显减轻钴对心肌细胞形态结构的损伤性改变,并可降低心肌细胞培养液中心肌酶的活性。结论硒对钴引起心肌细胞损伤有一定的保护作用。
To invcestigate the protective effect of selenium(Se) on myoardium cell damaged by cobalt(Co),Se (0. 1μg/ml) was added to the medium which contained Co(40μg/ml)of cultured myocardium cell of new born rat in vitro. The results showed that Se might alleviate the damage of the structure of myocardium cell and decrease the activity of myocardium enzyme in culture medium.
