摘要
十八大报告中明确指出了"努力办好人民满意的教育"和"推动实现更高质量的就业"将是今后改善民生加强社会建设工作的重点。聚焦于高校不难发现大学生就业指导工作的开展与探析,恰是高校有效贯彻落实十八大精神的有效途径之一。试从量化的角度探讨影响大学生就业指导工作的各种相关阻抗因素,在调研基础上借鉴运用因子分析探讨这些影响因素的主次关系及成因,为进一步拓展大学生就业指导工作提供参考依据。
The eighteen major report clearly pointed out that ＂efforts to run education to the satisfaction of the people＂ and ＂promote the realization of higher quality employment＂ will be the focus of future work to improve the livelihood of the people and strengthen social construction. Focusing on the university it is not difficult to find the development and analysis of university students＇ employment guidance work is one of the effective ways to effectively implement the eighteen spirit. Attempts to examine the effects of various impedance factors of college students employment guidance from the quantitative point of view, on the ba- sis of the research uses factor analysis to discuss the relationship between primary and secondary and cau- ses of these influence factors, which are to provide reference for the further development of the work of college students employment guidance.
