摘要
目的 观察辐射天线长度的改变对比吸收率 (speci-fic absorption rate,SAR)的影响 .方法 根据临床上侵入式微波热疗的应用特点 ,从 Maxwell方程出发 ,对微波热疗天线的电磁能量分布进行数值分析 .结果 获得侵入式微波热疗辐射天线的 SAR三维分布、等值线分布 .结论 辐射器天线的长度改变对侵入式微波热疗的疗效有着决定性的影响 .
AIM To observe the effect of the interstitial antenna length on the distribution of specific absorption rate (SAR) in invasive microwave hyperthermia. METHODS According to the characteristics of invasive microwave hyperthermia used clinically, the electromagnetism power deposition in invasive microwave hyperthermia was numerically analysed on the basis of Maxwell's equation. RESULTS The distributions of three dimensional theoretical SAR and isoline of SAR were obtained. CONCLUSION Antenna length plays a crucial role in invasive microwave hyperther mia.
