摘要
创业需要有良好的法律环境作保障。大学毕业生本身缺乏社会经验,在创业中困难重重。本文对大学生创业的法律环境现状和问题进行了分析,指出了创业过程中特别是初期、运行过程中以及终结阶段可能遭遇到的法律风险,并有针对性地给出了意见和建议。
To start a business needs a dependable legal environment. Due to insufficient social experience, college graduates＇ self-employment has come across with difficulties from the beginning. This essay studies on the current situation and problems of the legal environment for students, and puts forward the legal risks that may occur in the course of business, especially those at the early stage, operation stage and closure phase, and presents some relative advices and opinions.
