摘要
运用ANSYS软件再现了钢件凝固过程中的瞬态传热过程。根据给定钢件和砂模的热物性参数及荷载条件,绘制出模型热通量随时间的变化曲线,并对凝固传热过程进行分析。
The paper explores transient heat transfer in steel solidification by using ANSYS software. Thermal physical parameters and load conditions are specified, the change of heat flux with time is presented and the heat transfer in solidification is analyzed.
