摘要
以平阳霉素(pingmycin,PYM)为诱变剂对尾巨桉组培苗进行诱变处理,通过分析诱变苗在寒胁迫下的叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm,定向筛选耐寒性突变体,并探讨PYM对尾巨桉的诱变效应。最终确定以PYM处理尾巨桉的半致死条件回归方程为:y=37.56+12.97x1+2.97x2-0.98x1x2。
This research dealt with the mutafacient effect of the PYM on Eucalyptus urophylla × E. grandisby mutafacient experiment and directional selection that used the Fv/Fm which is a parameter of the chlorophyll fluoresence knetics. Regression equation that y =37.56 + 12.97x1 +2.97x2 -0.98x, x2 and best mutation method that 23.72 mg· L^-1 PYM mutated 8 h were confirmed.
