摘要
建立了非水相毛细管电泳分离蒽醌类化合物的实验方法。以含 30mmol/L四丁基溴化铵的乙腈溶液作为缓冲液。在非水相介质下 ,三种蒽醌类化合物能在 6min内达到分离。每种组分的迁移时间重现性小于 0 .35 %。
A method for the separation of anthraquinone compounds based on nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis has been developed. The electrophoretic condition was 30 mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide in acetonitrile. Using the nonaqueous medium, three anthraquinone compounds can be separated within 6 min. The reproducibility of the retention time for each component was below 0.35%.
