摘要
目的 建立早期、敏感、准确的铁评价方法。方法 采用常规方法与滤纸斑点法(纸片法 )对 41例健康成人血清铁蛋白含量进行对比研究。结果 两方法所得结果的几何均数分别为 32 .2 μg/L和 30 .5μg/L,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5) ;在铁蛋白含量为 2 .5~ 371 .6μg/L范围内呈高度相关 (r=0 .999,P=0 .0 0 0 1 ) ;纸片法的测定结果与常规法的相符程度高 ;以血清铁蛋白<1 5μg/L为诊断标准 ,纸片法对铁缺乏诊断的敏感性 (sensitivity)为 94.6% ,特异性 (specificity)达 1 0 0 %。结论 纸片法不需冷冻设备 ,血样可在室温下保存与运送 ,血清用量少 ,毛细血管采血即可满足要求 ,具有简便、可靠、实用等优点 ,便于血清铁蛋白在现场铁营养状况评价中的应用。
Objective: To set up sensitive and reliable iron assessment method. [WT5FZ]Methods:[WT5BZ] Serum ferritin concentrations of 41 subjects were determined by filter paper method and traditional assay. [WT5FZ]Results:[WT5BZ] The geometric means for serum ferritin analyzed by the 2 methods were 32.2 μg/L and 30.5 μg/L respectively, no significant difference from each other (P>0.05). The two methods were correlated strongly (r=0.999, P=0.0001) in the ferritin range of 2.5~371.6 μg/L. With iron depletion defined as serum ferritin concentration <15 μg/L, the filter paper method corresponded highly with the traditional assay in classifying subjects as iron sufficient or deficient, which had 94.6% of sensitivity and 100% of specificity. [WT5FZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ] The filter paper method didnt need on site refrigerator or freezing facilities and the spotted sample could be stored and transferred at room temperature. Less volume of serum was needed and capillary blood could be sampled to avoid venipuncture. Therefore, it offers a simple accurate and practical way for iron assessment in field studies.
