摘要
目的了解该类单位的餐具消毒质量情况。方法大肠菌群快速检测纸片测定法。结果总合格率为47.4%。结论餐具消毒质量合格率不高,尚需加强单位自律和监督管理。
Objective To investigate the disinfection quality of tableware in these enterprise. Methods The Rapid detection of coliforms detection paper. Results Total pass rate was 47.4%. Conclusion The pass rate of disinfection quality was not high, enterprise self, discipline and supervision were need to strengthen.
