摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定清火胶囊中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法采用色谱柱CP-WAX52CB,FID检测器,萘为内标,在160～180℃程序升温,分流进样。结果薄荷脑在0.024～0.48两比值间呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.02%,RSD为1.70%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于清火胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography for determining the menthol in Qinghuo capsule. Methods The analysis was performed on an CP-WAX52CB elastic quartz capillary. FDI was used as internal standard. Menthol was simultaneously analyzed under temperature programming in 160 sampling. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 024 - 0.48 mg/mL recovery was 97.02% （RSD 1.70% ） for menthol. Conclusion It is an accurate, simple, with good reproducibility for the determination of menthol in Qinghuo capsule by GC method detector and eamphor as -180 ℃ and split stream for menthol.
