多层螺旋CT肺静脉成像质量与辐射剂量控制研究 被引量:5

摘要 多层螺旋CT(MSCT)肺静脉成像是房颤射频消融术前的主要影像检查手段。根据心率、体重和心胸比率的不同采用个性化的MSCT扫描方案,适时调整管电压(kv)和管电流(mAs),合理应用心电门控技术,可以在保证MSCT肺静脉成像质量前提下,减低患者所受的辐射剂量。 Pulmonary vein imaging by multi-slice spiral computed tomography is the main imaging examination method before radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation. In order to improve MSCT pulmonary vein imaging quality and reduce the radiation dose of patients, we should take proper MSCT enhancement scaning project according to the heart rate. body weight and the cardiac/chest ratio, adjust tube tension(kv) and tube current(mAs) real time, utilize ECG-gating technique reasonable.
