摘要
目的研究痔上直肠黏膜环切术在重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年8月～2012年11月重度混合痔患者80例，根据患者意愿分为研究组和对照组，每组40例，研究组采用痔上直肠黏膜环切术，对照组采用常规外切内扎术，比较两组临床疗效、住院时间、手术时间和术后并发症。结果研究组总有效率为95．0％明显高于对照组的85．0％，两组比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组住院时间为（7．0±0．5）d，对照组住院时间为（21．0±0．4）d，研究组手术时间为（14．8±0．4）min，对照组手术时间为（30．0±0．6）min，两组比较具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论痔上直肠黏膜环切术具有痛苦小、住院时间短、恢复快、术后并发症少等优点，是治疗重度混合痔疗效确切的新方法。
Objective To observe clinical effect of hemorrhoidal rectal circumcision on severe mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids that admitted to our hospital during August 2010 and November 2012 were divided into the control group and observation group randomly. 40 cases were in each group. The observation group was given hemorrhoidal rectal circumcision, and the control group was given external stripping plus internal ligaturing. The clinical efficacy, the length of days, surgery time and postoperative complications for both of them were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The length of days in observation group was 7 ± 0.5 and in the control group was 21 ± 0.4. Surgery time of observation group was （ 14.8 ± 0.4 ）min and observation group was （ 30 ± 0.6 ）min. There were significant differences between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications on observation group was significantly less than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hemorrhoidal rectal sleeve resection own more advantage, such as with less pain, shorter hospital stay, faster recovery, fewer complications, etc., and that is a new and effective method for severe mixed hemorrhoids treatment.
