摘要
目的探讨改良PPH术治疗重度混合痔的手术技巧和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析应用改良PPH术治疗54例重度混合痔(Ⅲ、Ⅳ度)患者的临床资料。结果手术时间20～30min,平均住院时间3.5d,术后发生尿潴留6例,术后肛门疼痛7例,术后出血4例,均给予对症治疗后缓解。本组病例均无复发,无肛门狭窄、大便失禁等并发症。结论改良PPH术治疗重度混合痔安全有效,较传统PPH术更简单易学,手术时间更短。
Objective To investigate the operation technique and therapeutic effect of the modified PPH in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Clinical data of 54 cases severe mixed hemorrhoids （grades Ⅲ-Ⅳ ）who underwent the modified PPH were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation pe- riod of time was 20-30 minutes,the average hospital stay was 3.5 days, postoperative urine retention occurred in 6 cases,anal pain in 7 cases and postoperative hemorrhea in 4 cases, these complications were all alleviated by symptomatic treatment. There was no recurrence,anal stenosis and fecal incontinence in this group. Conclusion The application of the modified PPH in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is safe and efficacious . It was easier to learn and shorter in operation time compared with conventional PPH.
