摘要
探讨了橡胶混炼的各种控制方法 ,阐述了瞬时功率控制法的原理 :通过控制橡胶混炼中的转子轴做功的功率来控制混炼过程和混炼胶的质量。以MLJ 30 0密炼机微机智能控制系统为工具 ,采用瞬时功率与温度综合控制方法控制混炼过程 ,大大提高了混炼胶质量的稳定性。
The various control methods in internal mixing of rubber compound are discussed,and the principle of instantaneous power control method is described,i.e.the mix quality is controlled by controlling the work on the rotor shafts during the mixing.The stability of mix quality is improved by combining the temperature control with the instantaneous power control using MLJ 300 computer aided internal mixer control system.
