摘要
基于天气预报系统的太阳辐射模型,利用气象部门获得的云层类型预报信息对光伏进行短期预测;并提出了适用于含光伏发电的弱环配电网的牛顿-拉夫逊法和前推回代法相结合的配电网潮流算法。该算法将弱环配电网等效为环网和辐射形网络两个部分,采用牛顿-拉夫逊法和前推回代法交替求解环网与辐射形网络,实现含有分布式光伏电源的配电网潮流计算。在新算法中采用变收敛精度进行计算,既保证最终的精确性又能提高计算速度。最后,采用28节点算例进行验证,表明了该方法的有效性。
In this paper, a short-term prediction approach based on the solar radiation model of weather forecasting system is presented to forecast output power ofphotovoltaic(PV) system, which uses cloud cover forecast obtained from the meteorological department. Then a new power flow algorithm combining Newton-Raphson method and back/forward sweep method is proposed for the weakly meshed distribution network with the PV generation. The weakly meshed distribution network is equivalent to ring network part and radial network part, and then the power flow of the weakly meshed distribution network with the distributed PV generation can be calculated by applying Newton-Raphson method and back/forward sweep method alternatively to solve the power flow of the ring network and the radial network. Variable convergence precision calculation is used in this new algorithm to ensure the final accuracy and improve computational speed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by the calculation results of a 28-bus system.
