摘要
采用CFD方法对不同齿型双侧迷宫密封结构的二维和局部三维模型内部流场进行数值模拟,研究齿型对往复式迷宫压缩机密封性能的影响。结果表明:当密封间隙和齿高一定时,齿型变化对双侧迷宫密封泄漏特性的影响较大,其中圆形齿密封效果最好,其次是梯形齿、三角圆弧齿、矩形齿;二维与三维流场数值模拟出的泄漏量变化趋势一致,但三维流场数值模型的计算结果更接近经验公式的计算结果。
Based on CFD method, the flow fields of bilateral labyrinth seals on 2-D and local 3-D models were numerical simulated on different configuration of teeth shape of labyrinth seals, and the influence of the teeth shape of labyrinth seals on the seal characteristics of reciprocating labyrinth compressor was researched. The results shows that, the teeth shape changes have a significant impact on leakage coefficient of bilateral labyrinth seal when the seal clearance and tooth height are constant. The circular teeth shape has the best sealing effect, the following is trapezoid teeth, triangle teeth, and rectan- gle teeth. The changing trend of leakage by 2-D and 3-D fluidity numerical simulation is consistent, but the calculation re- sults of three-dimensional flow field numerical model are more close to the calculation results of empirical formula.
