摘要
本文建立了迷宫密封的静态实验系统,全面地研究了厚齿条件下齿形和结构参数对密封效率的影响,给出了齿尖相对厚度T/δ、空腔数N、间隙与空腔宽度比δ/W、深宽比H/W、齿形及流向的影响规律。
An experimental investigation on the effects of geometrical parameters for thick seal (T/δ>4) is carried out systematically on a static test rig. The results indicate the regularities about the effects of seal cavity number, cavity configuration, relative seal sharpness (T/δ), clearance to cavity width ratio(δ/W) and tooth height to cavity width ratio (H/W).
