摘要
以二苯甲酮(BP)为光引发剂、丙烯酰胺(AM)为接枝单体,应用光接枝技术将AM接枝到涤棉织物上以改善其阻燃性能。分别对接枝前后涤棉织物进行了红外光谱、力学性能、燃烧性能、极限氧指数、热性能和残炭形貌的测试及分析。结果表明,AM可以通过光接枝技术接枝到涤棉织物表面,接枝后涤棉织物力学性能下降,氧指数、热性能提高。综合观察,接枝AM的涤棉织物的阻燃性明显提高。
Photografting of acrylamide (AM) onto polyester/cotton fabric was conducted with benzophenone (BP) as photoinitiator and AM as grafting monomers in order to improve its flame retardancy. The polyester/cotton fabrics before and after photografting were characterized by FT-IR, mechanical properties, flammability, limited oxygen index, thermal behavior and char residue morphology. The successful grafting of AM on polyester/cotton fabric was confirmed, and the grafted fabric showed decreased mechanical properties but enhanced limited oxygen index and thermal behavior. Comprehensive observation indicated that its flame retardant performance improved significantly.
