摘要 采用涤纶阻燃剂DFR、棉用阻燃剂Pyrovatex CP new及阻燃剂SFR对纯棉、纯涤纶、涤棉混纺织物进行整理,比较整理品的燃烧性能,并采用热重分析(TGA)探讨不同阻燃剂的阻燃机理。试验结果表明,DFR/CP两步法整理涤棉织物的限氧指数(LOI)值为25.0%,阻燃效果并不理想。CP对棉的阻燃作用主要是凝聚相机理;DFR对涤纶主要是气相机理。SFR整理棉、涤纶和涤棉织物的LOI值分别高达47.1%、51.3%和39.2%,阻燃效果显著。SFR对棉主要在凝聚相起作用,对涤纶主要在气相起作用。 The flammability of polyester/cotton, pure cotton and polyester fabric treated with different flame retardants of Pyrovatex CP new, Nupwell DFR and Nupwell SFR were compared. The flame retardant mechanisms of different agents were investigated via thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The limiting oxygen index (LOI) value of DFR/CP-treated polyester/cotton fabric is 25.0%, which is larger than that of DFR-treated polyester and CP-treated cotton, however, the flame retardance of the treated blend fabric is still not desirable. CP reduces flammability of cotton mostly in condensed-phase and DFR imparts flame retardance to polyester through gas-phase mechanism. SFR-treated cotton, polyester and polyester/cotton fabrics can achieve high LOI values up to 47.1%, 51.3% and 39.2%, and gain remarkable flame retardance, but it can be found that the LOI value of treated blend is lower than either pure cotton or polyester.
