摘要
以硼砂和硝酸为原料,制取硼酸和硝酸钠,利用两种产物溶解度的不同,通过部分蒸发的手段进行有效分离,得到符合GB的合格产品。该方法与传统硼酸生产方法相比具有硼利用率高、副产物价值高等特点。
Using borax and nitric acid as raw material,boric acid and sodium nitrate are prepared by double decomposition.According to the difference solubility of the products,by means of partial evaporation,the sodium nitrate can be separated effectively from boric acid.The quality of the products can meet the national standard.This process has the advantage of high utilization rate of borax and high value-added of by-product comparing with the traditional method.
