摘要 运用虚拟仪器技术,基于LabVIEW开发平台,设计了一套矿井提升机监控系统。该系统实现了数据的实时采集以及提升机系统的实时监控,能够对提升机位置、速度、液压站的油温、油压以及电枢电流和闸间隙等关键数据进行记录、显示和查询,并能够实现故障预警。该系统充分运用了LabVIEW强大的信号采集和数据的分析与处理功能,保障了提升机的安全运行,提高了工作效率。 A mine hoist controlling system has been designed based on the LabVIEW development platform by using virtual instrument technology. This system can achieve the real-time data acquisition and real time monitoring of the mine hoist. Furthermore, it can also record, display and provide enquiry of the critical data of the location and the speed of the mine hoist, of the oil temperature and pressure of hydraulic station, as well as of the armature current and the brake clearance. In addition, it can carry out early-warning mechanism. By fully applying the signal acquisition and the data analysis and process functions of the LabVIEW platform, this system guarantees the safe operation of the mine hoist and improves its efficiency.
