摘要
为了保证矿井提升机安全可靠运行,开发出基于LabVIEW的状态监测与健康诊断系统。该系统充分运用LabVIEW软件强大的信号采集和信号分析功能,实现了对信号的时域分析与幅值分析,为提升机的健康诊断提供了可靠依据。通过具体的实践,证明了该系统应用到矿井提升机健康诊断中是可行、可靠的。
For secure operation of mine hoister this paper designs the condition monitoring and health diagnosing system based on LabVIEW. Depending on the advantage of powerful data acquisition and signal analyzing of LabVIEW, this system can realize time domain analysis, amplitude spectrum analysis, it can provide a great deal of reliable basis for health diagnosis. Through practical application, the results show that the system used in the health diagnosis of mine hoister is feasible and reliable.
